Best Morning Smoothie

Hey everyone!

First off, I’m so sorry for my lack of posting. February has been a tough month for me.

It’s been super busy, with school and life in general. 

You all know I HATE posting half-assed writing, so that’s why I haven’t posted lately. I just haven’t had time to come up with quality content for you all.

This is going to be a short post but, I promise, I will have some new stuff for you soon (and more frequently).

Now, that I’m done with that, let’s talk about my favorite breakfast smoothie.

Smoothies are the easiest (and tastiest) way to eat a protein-filled breakfast.

Personally, this is my favorite recipe.

The Nutty ‘Nana

Ingredients: 1 Banana, 2 tbsp of peanut butter (or so), 1 tbsp of honey, and 3-4 cups of almond milk

Instructions: Put all ingredients in blender (I prefer the Magic Bullet –> HERE). Blend, and enjoy in a cute tumbler! 

Note: I put a shit ton of peanut butter in mine, so adjust the recipe to your taste. Let me know if you find any AMAZING alterations to this recipe!
